This summer‑school workshop focuses on HIAF, China’s flagship heavy‑ion accelerator facility in Huizhou. This next‑generation accelerator complex provides high‑intensity pulsed heavy‑ion beams and enables a broad spectrum of subatomic‑physics experiments.
Participants will also take guided tours of CSNS, JUNO and CiADS. The program includes expert lectures, facility visits and Chinese cultural‑experience activities, addressing frontier themes in nuclear structure, nuclear astrophysics and interdisciplinary research.
The organisers will provide support for participants’ round‑trip travel, accommodation and meals (excluding some site‑visit admission fees), with an aim to promote Sino‑French academic exchange and future collaborations in subatomic physics.
